I always wanted to be a mom and a teacher and I´ve been lucky enough to become both. I studied History and English at university where I met my fantastic husband. I graduated with MA and gave birth to my first child almost at the same time. I spent two years at home with my daughter and then I started teaching at high school. We wanted another baby but however hard we tried we didn´t succeed. After six years we decided to become foster parents and our daughter finally got a sibling - one-year-old boy. Believe it or not, only one month after all the paper work around foster care was finished I got pregnant and now we have an eight-month-old baby boy. Right now I am a stay-at-home mom and I am enjoying every minute of it.

We live in the heart of Europe in a beautiful town of Banska Stiavnica, set amidst hills of central Slovakia. In medieval times it was a rich royal mining town and today you can admire old architecture and natural wonders. We simply love this place and if you should ever come to Central Europe, don´t miss it.
